I have been a design educator at Viterbo University for over 15 years.
I balance my teaching with research in sustainable design practice and creative work for various organizations including corporate identity, poster design, web development and package design.
Much of my creative approach revolves around the conceptual image. I enjoy the tension in generating the underlying theme and developingthe imagery to visually express the idea.
For me, controversy isn’t about instigation, but rather, a way to arrest your audience. It’s a way to plant a little bit of desire in their hearts; a yearning to turn the page and learn more about your idea. Ultimately, it’s about creating memorable images.
